Process and Measurement Technology Product Line

Product Line Description

The Process and Measurement Technology product line focuses on the testing, evaluation, development and deployment of characterization, retrieval, conversion, separation, immobilization, and process monitoring and control technologies. These technologies and capabilities are provided primarily to DOE, DoD, and industry to solve problems in waste and excess material treatment, pollution prevention (including waste minimization), transformation of biomass and other feedstocks into higher-value products, facility decontamination and decommissioning; and chemical and agricultural processing technologies and capabilities. We also offer a full range of advanced and traditional statistical tools, chemical and instrumental methods, and fluid dynamics technologies that are applied to providing highly defensible answers in establishing the physical and chemical characteristics of materials, process streams, wastes, effluents/emissions, and sites. The product line implements a collection of fundamental science and engineering staff, intellectual property, and laboratory facilities and equipment to evaluate, develop, and deploy technologies and capabilities for our clients' complex processing problems. The product line's distinct technical competence and market discriminator is its ability to integrate the process and measurement sciences into innovative, engineered systems and solutions.
